Palred Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Open Offer by Mr. Palem Srikanth Reddy (the Acquirer) along with Ms. P. Stuthi Reddy (the PAC) to the Shareholders of the Company pursuant to Regulation 3(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations. 2011, has been completed. The acquirer has acquired 8,980,901 shares amounting to 23.01% of the Equity Shares of the Company. The Company has received the Letter of Confirmation of the Completion of Open Offer by Mark Corporate Advisors Private Limited ("Manager to the Offer").
