Palsoft Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of board of directors shall be held on November 13, 2014, to consider and take on record the un-audited results for the quarter / half year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading 'Window shall remain closed from November 04, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on November 17, 2014 on account of the above mentioned scheduled board meeting. Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees have been advised to not to deal in the securities of the Company during the mentioned period.
