Palsoft Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to take on record and adopt Audited Results for the Quarter/Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Trading window shall remain closed from May 20, 2015 to June 01, 2015 on account of above Board meeting. Accordingly, Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees are advised not to deal in securities of the Company from May 20, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (Both days inclusive).
