Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. Aditya Narain Saksena, Non Executive Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company vide his letter dated August 20, 2015 due to his ill health and that of his wife and accordingly he ceased to be director of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours on August 20, 2015.
