Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from the close of business hours on January 28, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
