With reference to the earlier letter dated May 15, 2015 regarding for holding meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 28, 2015 to inter-alia, consider and approve, the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2015, Panacea Biotec Ltd has now informed BSE that due to delay in receipt of annual accounts of few subsidiary companies, the finalization and audit of Consolidated Financial Statements could not be completed in time. Hence, the said meeting has been adjourned and will now be held on May 30, 2015 to consider the agenda items relating to approval of Audited Financial Results, which could not be transacted in the meeting held on May 28, 2015.
