Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to provision of clause 19(a) of the Listing Agreement, this is to inform that in view of losses, the Board will not be able to recommend any dividend in the Board Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from May 15, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.
