Paras Petrofils Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016, will be held on Febraury 14, 2017.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Specified Persons from February 07, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public.
