Parrys Sugar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in connection with the above scheduled Board Meeting, as per the Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remain closed for all designated persons of the Company from January 01, 2017 to February 02, 2017 (both days inclusive).
