Parrys Sugar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on May 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in connection with the above scheduled Board Meeting, as per the Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for all designated persons of the Company from April 01, 2016 to May 04, 2016 (both days inclusive).
