Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from August 06, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company (the concerned persons), for the aforesaid purposes. The concerned persons are being intimated about the same.
