Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed from February 06, 2017 to February 14, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the Insiders covered under the Code.
