Patel Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for insiders covered under the Company's Insider Code of Conduct would commence from May 20, 2015 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 30, 2015.
