PC Jeweller Ltd has informed BSE that The Reserve Bank of India has informed the Company vide its letter dated January 28, 2016 that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIls) / Registered Foreign Portfolios Investors (RFPIs) can now invest up to 49 per cent of the paid up capital of M/s PC Jeweller Limited under the Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS).
