| PCS Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made applications to the Bombay High Court for convening the meetings of the Shareholders and Creditors of the Company which applications have been accepted by the Bombay High Court. The Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed the Company to convene the meetings of the Shareholders and Creditors on January 23, 2015 for the purpose of considering and approving the Scheme. The Company is accordingly taking steps for convening the meetings.<BR><BR>1. "Notice of Court convening meeting of the Equity Shareholders and Postal Ballot and e-voting" along with the explanatory statement, Scheme, form of Proxy, Attendance slip and Postal Ballot form annexed therewith of the meeting to be held on January 23, 2015 at the Conference Hall, Ginger Hotel, Kala Khadak, Near Indira College, Wakad naka, Wakad Pune-411057 at 12.00 noon;<BR><BR>2. "Notice of convening meeting of the Secured Creditors of the Company" along with the explanatory statement, Scheme, form of Proxy and Attendance slip annexed therewith of the meeting to be held on January 23, 2015 at the Conference Hall, Ginger Hotel, Kala Khadak, Near Indira College, Wakad naka, Wakad Pune- 411057 at 2.00 p.m.; and<BR><BR>3. "Notice of convening meeting of the Un-secured Creditors of the Company" along with the explanatory statement, Scheme, form of Proxy and Attendance slip annexed therewith of the meeting to be held on January 23, 2015 at the Conference Hall, Ginger Hotel, Kala Khadak, Near Indira College, Wakad naka, Wakad Pune- 411057 at 3.00 p.m. | |
