Pennar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In terms of provisions of SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for trading in the equity share of the Company shall remain closed from November 08, 2014 to November 12, 2014 (both days inclusive).
