Pfizer Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Company had made an application to the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai (ROC) seeking an extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has inform that the RoC has granted the Company time up to December 30, 2014 to hold its AGM. The date of the AGM will be intimated to Stock Exchange in due course.
