Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013) as the statutory auditors of the Company. Messrs. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, will hold office for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the ensuing 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company till the conclusion of the 71st Annual General Meeting, subject to the ratification of members of the Company at each Annual General Meeting.
