Pfizer Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter January 01, 2015 to March 31, 2015 and for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 & will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company will be closed from April 28, 2015 to May 06, 2015, both days inclusive.
