Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), This is to inform that Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held today i.e. 15th May 2017, has approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended on 31st March 2017. Board Meeting was concluded on 6:35 PM. We have already uploaded the results however there were a few errors in cover letter in respect of date & conclusion time. Please correct the Date and time of Board Meeting in your records as date- 15th May 2017 & conclusion time- 18:35. Also you are requested to remove previously uploaded cover letter from your records. Pursuant to regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR)2015, Please find attached Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended on 31st March 2017 along with statement of Assets & Liabilities, Auditors Report, given by the Statutory Auditors and Declaration regarding Auditors Report issued with unmodified opinion.
