In terms of Regulations 30 and 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, the Company has intimated the proceedings of Postal Ballot and e-voting results vide its letter dated October 03, 2023. In that intimation, the Company had inadvertently mentioned that the physical Postal Ballot form was dispatched to the Shareholders. It is clarified that the voting process for the said Postal Ballot was done ly through electronic voting. Further, we confirm that barring the above, there are no other changes in proceedings submitted by the Company on October 03, 2023. The revised summary of the proceedings is attached herewith.
