| Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2015 have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Ms. Uma Ratnam Krishnan, as additional director of the Company and will be an Independent Director.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. N. M. Vaidyanathan, Chief Financial Officer under Section 203(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>3. Interim Dividend of Rs. 5 (i.e., 100%) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the Company for the financial year 2014-15. | |
