| Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's internal Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's Directors, Officers and designated employees from January 25, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public and will be open from February 11, 2016. | |
