| Polaris Financial Technology Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 and recommend final dividend for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, as per the Company's internal Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's Directors, Officers and designated employees from April 21, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. April 30, 2014. | |
