Naresh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer will be discharging their respective roles in Intellect Design Arena Limited. In line with the above decision, they have vacated their respective positions in the Company at the closing hours of Tuesday, 14th October, 2014.<br/><br/>Announcement on the new role holders for the said positions will be made shortly. In the meanwhile, the role of Compliance Officer will be discharged by Mr. Arun Jain,"
