It may please be noted that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition to Insider Trading) Regulations and Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from 1st August, 2017 to 14th August, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR> <BR> This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 12th August, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2017. <BR>
