Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition to Insider Trading) Regulations and Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from October 19, 2015 to October 29, 2015 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on October 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015.
