Poly Medicure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider declaration of 2nd interim dividend, to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>3. To consider the issue of Bonus Shares, subject to approval of shareholdeis to be obtained in this behalf.
