| The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Power, Government of India is the promoter of Power Finance Corporation Ltd (the "Promoter") has submitted to BSE a copy of Notice of Offer for Sale up to 6,60,02,035 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Offer Shares"), representing 5% of the total paid up equity share capital of Power Finance Corporation Ltd (the "Company"), by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. & NSE Ltd. (the "Stock Exchanges") for this purpose.<BR><BR>The Offer shall take place during trading hours on a separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on July 27, 2015 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the July 27, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time (Offer Date). | |
