With reference to the earlier letter dated March 10, 2016, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has now informed BSE that in terms of Government of India communication dt. September 23, 2016, on receipt of purchase consideration of Rs. 81.21 crore, POWERGRID has transferred 3,06,40,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of POSOCO to Government of India.
