Praj Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 13, 2015 till January 22, 2015, in terms of the Company's code of internal procedures and conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading in securities, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
