Intimation of closure of Trading Window With reference to the above cited subject matter and as per code of conduct pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed from 01-01-2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31-12-2023. The date of Board meeting for the consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31-12-2023 shall be intimated in due course of time.
