| Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results (stand-alone) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016; for the 4th quarter ended March 31, 2016 and Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing with shares of the Company by Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees including their relatives and all connected persons, as per the Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be closed from May 23, 2016 and shall be opened 24 hours after the conclusion of fclie board meeting of the Company to be held on May 30, 2016. | |
