Prakash Constrowell Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Vipul D. Lathi, Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person of the Company has submitted his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel w.e.f. closing of business hours of June 01, 2016.<BR><BR>Also, In terms of Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company had authorized persons for the purpose of determining materiality of events or information and for the purpose of making disclosure to stock exchange. On account of abovementioned change, Mr. T. G. Krishnan, Managing Director and Key Managerial Person of the company would now be authorized persons for the same.
