Prakash Constrowell Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to transact following businesses:<BR><BR>1. To Consider and approve unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from August 09, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive).
