Pratibha Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2014, has been passed the following resolutions:-<br/><br/>Mr. T. R. Radhakrishnan who has been working with the Company as Chief Financial Officer shall retire from the Company with effect from closing hours of July 19, 2014.<br/><br/>Mr. Shailesh Borkar, an F.C.A., who has been working with the Company as President - Banking and Accounts has been nominated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from closing hours of July 19, 2014.
