Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 11, 2014, inter alia, to approve, the Statement of Unaudited Standalone Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed for the period February 4, 2014 to February 11, 2014 (both days inclusive). Hence all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
