Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from January 23, 2016 till February 03, 2016.
