| Procter and Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution dated March 26, 2014, have approved the appointment of Mr. Karthik Natarajan as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from April 1,2014.<br/><br/>Mr. Natarajan will be succeeding Mr. Tapan Buch, who will be moving out from his present role to take up global responsibility in the coming months. Further, as an effect Mr. Buch shall cease to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. | |
