| Procter and Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 27.5/- per Equity Share (Nominal Value of Rs. 10/- each), for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2014. The dividend will be paid on approval of the Shareholders at the 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company. | |
