| Procter and Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Shailyamanyu Singh has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-executive Director) of the Company, vide circular resolution approved by the Board of Directors on March 15, 2014. Mr. Shailyamanyu Singh's appointment is effective from March 15, 2014 and he shall hold office till the ensuing 50th Annual General Meeting of the Company. | |
