PROVOGUE (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 13th day of November 2019, which amongst other items shall consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2019; <BR> <BR> 2. In compliance with clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window is already closed from 01st October 2019 and will remain closed uptil 48 hours from the announcement of financial result. <BR>
