PSL Ltd has informed BSE that Shri G. Gehani, Whole Time Director and Company Secretary of the Company has some time back submitted his resignation to the Managing Director of the Company purely due to personal reasons.<br/><br/>Subject to the post facto approval of the Board, on June 23, 2014 his resignation was accepted by the Managing Director and accordingly on July 15, 2014 he was relieved from the responsibilities bestowed upon him by the Company.
