PTL Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2014, for consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 and for considering a proposal for restructuring of the subsidiaries of the Company.<br/><br/>In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from July 20, 2014 to July 26, 2014 (both days inclusive).
