PTL Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter to be referred as the said regulations) and the SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, for disclosure under the said regulations, a Code of Conduct has been formulated by the Company and the same was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 12, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Regulation 8(1) of the said regulations, a Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as applicable to the Company has been formulated and is made available on the website of the Company w.e.f. May 15, 2015.
