With reference to the earlier letter dated January 15, 2016 regarding meeting of the Board of Directors which was schedule for February 01, 2016. PTL Enterprises Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances the Board meeting will now be held on February 02, 2016 instead of February 01, 2016, inter alia, to consider, unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 and to consider the proposed Demerger of the Medicare and Healthcare Undertaking pursuant to a Scheme of Arrangement under section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956.<BR><BR>Further, the Company Confirms that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company which was closed for the concerned persons from 15th January will remain closed till February 04, 2016 (both days inclusive).
