Pudumjee Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2014, inter alia, has constituted a Committee comprising of Mr. Vinod Kumar Jatia and Mr. R. P. Shroff (Independent Directors) and Mr. Gautam Jajodia, the Executive Director, to ascertain need to reorganize corporate Structure and to evaluate various alternatives and make appropriate recommendations in due course to the Board of Directors, for which purpose the Board may meet again to consider the recommendations of the Committee,
