With reference to the earlier letter dated April 30, 2015 vide which the Company had attached Notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company to be held on May 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Punj Lloyd Ltd has now informed BSE that there have been some typographical error during finalization of printing of the Notice of EGM, which was sent to the Stock Exchange.<BR><BR>In this regard, the Company is attaching herewith the corrected Notice of EGM is enclosed.
