Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes in the Company's Directorate:<BR><BR>1. "Appointment of Shri Anirudh Tewari, IAS, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce, as Director & Chairman on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from May 18, 2015 consequent upon his appointment as Director with effect from May 18, 2015 by Board in its meeting held on May 26, 2015, due to his nomination by Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited as Director and Chairman under the provisions of Article 129(a) and 159(1) of the Articles of Association of the Company, in place of Shri D. P. Reddy, IAS, with effect from May 18, 2015."<BR><BR>2. "Cessation of Shri D. P. Reddy as Chairman & Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from May 18, 2015 consequent upon his resignation dated May 18, 2015 due to withdrawal of his nomination by Punjab State industrial Development Corporation Limited under the provisions of Article 129(a) and 159(1) of the Articles of Association of the Company w.e.f. May 18, 2015.
