This is to inform you that Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) as notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 issue by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India vide notification No. G.S.R.111(E) dated 16th February, 2015, are applicable to the Company w.e.f. Financial Year 2017-18.<BR> <BR> In terms of the relaxation provided vide SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016, the Company intends to submit the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 under Regulation 33 of (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on or before 14th September, 2017.<BR>
